Wine Dinner

I would like to thank everyone who attended the Capannelle Wine Dinner recently held at Thornton's. It was a great night and we received very positive feedback indeed with everyone asking when the next such dinner will take place.

I am in communication with a wonderful wine producer from Northern Spain and will post details of our next Wine Dinner when I have more information.

Thanks again to all who attended and we look forward to welcoming you and others back.

The Making of the Book

Because the book size wasn’t a normal run size the cover had to be made by hand. I (along with the printers) had to be patient to ensure things were right. The printing process took five weeks and if it was to take longer I would have stuck with it. I wanted to be 100% happy with it. Here are some photos showing the care and detail in the printing of Food for Life.
